f you like Punjabi and Hindi music, whether from dance floors or from the movies, then this is the class for you. Ravi Sandhu is a certified level 2 group exercise trainer, who puts your fitness needs at the heart of the class. This is not a performing arts class, meaning no one needs to be thinking about audiences, performances or showing-off their dance moves.
Although you’ll certainly improve your dancing skills, this class is primarily about your cardiovascular fitness. Ravi believes that dancing, with the aim of improving our fitness, is hands-down one of the best hobbies we can take up. Alongside sweating you’ll learn about some great new music, and some golden oldies, laugh and enjoy with others who love the same types of music and movement.

RIPPED – (45 mins)

Description: STANDARD CLASS
Ripped – is a class combining compound lifting with dynamic and functional body weight movements. Great to burn calories, strength and increase stamina.
Class begins with a warm up followed by the workout which is 5 different compound lifts twice, with a HIIT based movement in-between. Performing a 1-minute lift, followed by a 30 second HIIT, and followed by a repetition of the lift for 1 minute. There will be 5 rounds with 5 different compound lifts and 5 different HIIT exercises, before a ‘finisher’ activity, ending a full body stretch of all the muscle groups trained.
